As a CEO Office Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse range of strategic and operational functions, including business development, public policy, corporate strategy and branding, PR, marketing, and human resources. What you will do:

  • Engage in stakeholder meetings, industry presentations, and investor engagements.
  • Conduct industry-agnostic research to support business proposals and acquisitions with actionable insights.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and develop basic financial models for preliminary investment screening.
  • Support the development of investment memos, pitch decks, and other materials required for advancing deals.
  • Assist in reviewing government legislation and policy proposals, providing snapshots and evaluations for internal decision-making by management.
  • Support policy advocacy efforts by conducting peer benchmarking and evaluating best practices in relevant sectors, and crafting reports and presentations to meet policy objectives.
  • Contribute to the management of and coordination between key corporate functions, across back office and middle office functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing) and the CEO office.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements across departments and within business units and vendor relationships, implementing solutions where necessary.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support including minute-taking, documentation.

What you should bring:

  • Undergraduate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Business Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, Media and Communications or other relevant fields.
  • Critical thinking, teamwork in a culturally diverse workplace, self-starter, and motivated character traits are highly valued.
