As a Content Creation Lead, you are required to oversee content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and other trending social media platforms. You are responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content, content optimisation and brand consistency for our clients' business goals. This involves working in partnership with the respective stakeholders including Social Media Managers and Content Creators to develop content strategy and create content that drives engagement.

You will be working as a team with Social Media Managers, Content Creators and Creative Directors, playing an active role in production and execution from start to end whenever necessary. You will be responsible for ensuring quality output that meet the creative standards of TBWA, as well as the communication objectives of the brief in order to solve our clients' business needs.

As the Content Creation Lead, you will also be responsible in ensuring that our capabilities, processes and approach to content are at the cutting edge. And, for promoting these capabilities to generate New Business both from existing clients and prospects.

Strategic Acumen

  • Provide guidance on overall social and content strategy covering Business As Usual (BAU) content as well as campaign-related content
  • Objective driven and able to provide milestones in the growth of the team's performances
  • Has a firm grasp of content usage rights and basic legalities around content sharing on social media
  • Own the client-relationship showing a high level of pragmatism and logical thinking when presenting ideas and campaign performances
  • Aspire to grow the team's capabilities and potential be it through knowledge or new information around social media and content
  • Optimise and improve content output using performance data, and builds feedback loops to drive this
  • Highly aware and involved in the day-to-day processes that may involve a change from time to time due to the highly evolving world of social media
  • Shows the ability to manage resources with understanding of P&L to maintain the profitability of projects
  • Strong understanding of the content creation landscape, trends and the capabilities, tools and processes required to create best in class output and to package in house content production ability for existing and new businesses
  • Ability to package in house content production ability for new businesses
  • Adapting to up and current strategies while making sure everything is on brand

Content Creation & Production

  • Taking a lead on Ideation, conceptualising, and creation where required, especially larger briefs
  • Oversight of content calendar creation across all clients
  • Managing incoming clients and new OOS requests
  • Sitting in on weekly meetings across agency departments when necessary
  • Driving internal production processes and making sure teams are working efficiently with appropriate tools
  • Encourage scalability of processes to maintain speed and innovation
  • Provide the necessary guidance and advices for team members
  • Providing the best output within the given budget and timeline

Team Leadership

  • Team nurturing and mentoring
  • Workload status oversight
  • Providing advice to assign the right job to the right people
  • Tracking issues and escalations
  • Maintaining high levels of craft across all team work
  • Aiding in team development through training and experience sharing
  • Liaising with business leads for opportunities across all clients
