The Senior Executive, Sales & Business Development is responsible for driving business growth by managing strategic partnerships, optimising product offerings, and leveraging data insights. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnerships with external organisations (e.g., corporate partners, external partners, island partners, RWS, SDC) to drive business growth and expand market reach.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring mutual value creation.
  • Act as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, including financial terms, deliverables, and long-term commitments.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Ticketing, Business Units, Finance, Corporate Planning) to integrate partnership initiatives effectively.
  • Drive joint marketing efforts and campaigns with partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Track and analyse partnership performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.

2. Product & Pricing Management

  • Support the development and execution of product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue while maintaining market competitiveness.
  • Conceptualise and execute campaigns to drive direct-to-channel (DTC) revenue growth.
  • Monitor product performance and gather insights to refine offerings and enhance customer appeal.
  • Communicate pricing structures, product updates, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.

3. Data Analytics & Business Insights

  • Analyse sales performance, consumer sentiment, and market trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales channels and pricing strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Gather and interpret consumer feedback to inform business strategies and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
