Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnerships with external organisations (e.g., corporate partners, external partners, island partners, RWS, SDC) to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Act as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, including financial terms, deliverables, and long-term commitments.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Ticketing, Business Units, Finance, Corporate Planning) to integrate partnership initiatives effectively.
- Drive joint marketing efforts and campaigns with partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Track and analyse partnership performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
2. Product & Pricing Management
- Support the development and execution of product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Assist in managing the product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to launch and ongoing optimisation.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Conceptualise and execute campaigns to drive direct-to-channel (DTC) revenue growth.
- Monitor product performance and gather insights to refine offerings and enhance customer appeal.
- Communicate pricing structures, product updates, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.
3. Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyse sales performance, consumer sentiment, and market trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales channels and pricing strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Gather and interpret consumer feedback to inform business strategies and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or a related function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive strategic insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
