identify opportunities for change and improvement * Lead in change management and establishment of governance for AI adoption within WH, aligned with NHG
- Lead in seeking out new sources of funding and pitching to prospective funders
- Responsible for the overall performance of AIO and the achievement of objectives
- Monitor key performance indicators and budget/ resource utilisation, while ensuring resources are used optimally within approved funding/ budget
- Preparation of yearly work plan, Gantt chart, key performance indicators, deliverables, board/ funding papers
- Quality improvement of AIO initiatives and department processes
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned/ required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, community, or social care sector
- Experience in strategic planning, programme development & management, and IT will be an added advantage
- Strong process and systems thinker, with the ability to facilitate discussions and translate concepts into frameworks and care and operational models
- Possess excellent communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and co-ordination skills
- Possess a positive, proactive working attitude and able to manage various tasks/ projects concurrently with specific timelines
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment both independently and as a team player, yet is organised and meticulous
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office tools - Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio
