- Strengthen relationships with existing advertisers by consistently offering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of the right solutions to top advertisers.
- Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal Pinterest teams.
- Address and resolve any challenges or concerns faced by advertisers efficiently, fostering trust and safeguarding revenue.
- Play a crucial role in driving new sales that evolve into lasting partnerships.
- Oversee regular engagements with top advertisers, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Prepare and present progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.
