The Talent
  • Demonstrated 3-5 years' experience as a Key Account Manager.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and fluent native Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
  • Experience supporting clients in China, particularly within the Chinese export industry
  • Background in a tech platform or digital marketing firm will be added advantage.
  • Proven track record in sales and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
The Job
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with top advertisers to prevent churn and retain them on our platform.
  • Continuously develop a deep understanding of key customer needs and expectations.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing advertisers by consistently offering tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of the right solutions to top advertisers.
  • Act as the primary liaison between key customers and internal Pinterest teams.
  • Address and resolve any challenges or concerns faced by advertisers efficiently, fostering trust and safeguarding revenue.
  • Play a crucial role in driving new sales that evolve into lasting partnerships.
  • Oversee regular engagements with top advertisers, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing key account metrics.
