  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

In Group Ops, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.This position reports to Operation Project Management Team Lead and interacts with Regional Product, Technology and Operation teams. Main responsibility covers change management and to ensure quality deliverables within project timeline.Responsibilities
  • Understand and analyse business requirements for User Stories creation
  • Support and represent Users when dealing with Stakeholders in SDLC process
  • UAT test cases preparation, execution, and progress tracking
  • Defect management and reporting
  • Support and coordinate change implementation & post-production monitoring
  • Coordinate enhancement walkthrough and user training
  • Coordinate and assist in resolving production issues
  • Support in tracking and collate statistics for ongoing MIS, Metrics/Benchmarks reporting & strategy presentation
Requirements
  • Degree in relevant field; Experience in Fund Accounting/Fund Administration will be added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive in driving change and stakeholder management
  • Ability to articulate and bridge communications between business requirements and technology deliverables
  • Self-driven and task-oriented for project deliverables
  • Ability to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Analytical, meticulous and organized for administrative task
  • Good report-writing and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 suite
