Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all video and photo content aligns with the brand’s creative standards, maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Execute end-to-end video production based on marketing briefs, managing all aspects from pre-production (concept development, logistics, scripting, and set design) to filming and post-production.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to streamline video production processes.
  • Maintain the studio to ensure it is always production-ready.
  • Edit video and photo content, incorporating motion graphics to create engaging visuals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and Marketing Team, ensuring all projects meet deadlines.
  • Provide support for marketing events and assist with graphic design when required.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Film, Media Production, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in videography, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, ARer Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
  • Ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with studio maintenance and production equipment setup is a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual content.
