- Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management, maintenance and operation activities such as building, mechanical and electrical system, cleaning, security, pest control and horticultural, etc.
- General knowledge as well as technical knowledge and effectively implementing good engineering practices including quality, environment, health and safety in the premises
- Provide feedback, formulate and review standard operating procedures relating to facility maintenance and operation for the premises
- Any other duties as assigned by Head of Department and/or the Management
- Minimum of a Diploma in Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant Building, Facilities Management experience, preferably in an educational institution environment with minimum 2 years' work experience in a supervisory/ leadership role
- Successful candidate must be qualified with FSM, Bizsafe and OSHA certification
- Familiar with BCA/ SCDF/ WSF/ OSHA/NEA/PUB regulatory requirements, etc.
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Meticulous with contract documentation
- Self-driven, committed individual and a team player
