We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth through effective partner and distributor engagement. This role is responsible for developing and executing channel strategies, optimizing sales performance, and enhancing brand positioning within designated markets. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience in managing channel partnerships.
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners in additionally monitoring sales performance to optimize sell-through rates
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs with channel partners.
- Ensure alignment between company objectives and channel partner goals.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive demand and brand awareness through channel partners.
- Develop promotional programs, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives to support sales growth and manage product positioning, merchandising, and marketing materials for channel partners.
- Work with internal teams (R&D, product development, and sourcing) to ensure alignment on market needs.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement while tracking KPI on sales forecast, ROI, partner engagement and inventory levels to meet market demand
- Work closely with product, sales, and corporate marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Partner with digital marketing teams to develop online and offline lead-generation strategies.
- Develop sales tools, marketing collateral, and training materials to support channel partners.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate partners on product offerings and marketing best practices and work with sales team to ensure partners are aligned
Qualifications & Role Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong background in B2B/B2C sales, distributor/retail management, and partner development in furniture, consumer goods & retail industry
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (SAP CRM knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and manage international distributor relationships
- Willingness to travel (up to 40 % depending on market coverage)
