Requirements· GCE ‘O’/’A’ / Nitec / Higher Nitec· Preferably with experience in admin/registry work· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)Job Description· Work with Registry to stocktake physical filesa. Review all physical files together with Registry and identify the official physical files that need to be capturedb. List down details of official physical files in an excel sheet (e.g. file name, file open date, file close date and remarks)c. Label all physical folders in the Registry with appraisal & location infod. Identification of Records to be appraisede. Calculate volume of pages to be digitized and costf. Remove all staples or ties and prepare physical records to be sent for digitizationg. Quality check in digitized filesh.
