  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support financial and operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using SQL to streamline data analysis processes.

Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor budget adherence and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.

Performance Analysis
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate business performance against key metrics and benchmarks.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and scenario analysis.
  • Develop financial KPIs and track performance to ensure the company meets its financial objectives.

Ad-Hoc Analysis
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by senior management.
  • Support special projects and initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role, with proven experience in using BI tools (e.g. SQL)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong experience with BI tools and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
