Job Title: Logistic and Supply Coordinator

Contract and shift details: Permanent, 40 hours a week (Hybrid)
AB Vista, a leading provider of feed enzymes, is looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. Since 2004, we've been at the forefront of animal nutrition, serving poultry, swine, ruminant, and aquaculture industries. As part of AB Agri under Associated British Foods, we drive innovation through research and collaboration.
In this role, you’ll be the key link between supply planning, demand planning, purchasing, inventory management, and sales. Your responsibilities include replenishment planning, logistics operations, supplier performance monitoring, and cost optimization. You'll ensure timely stock deliveries while contributing to process improvements. Some key responsibilities will include:
- Supplier & Logistics Management – Implement Service Level Agreements with toll manufacturers, transporters, and warehouses.
- Production & Inventory Coordination – Develop schedules, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and ingredients.
- Operational Execution – Manage ERP transactions for production, shipments, stock movements, and labelling requirements.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance – Work with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, adherence to quality standards, and issue resolution.
- Compliance & Documentation – Maintain up-to-date records for inbound shipments and local blending, and verify logistics invoices.
- Reporting & Audits – Conduct stock reconciliation, bi-annual stock takes, monthly cycle counts, and generate OTIF reports.

Skills and Experience
- Technical & Industry Knowledge – You have a diploma/university degree in Business Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management, with 3-5 years of experience. You are proficient in ERP systems (preferably D365), Excel, and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strategic & Analytical – You think strategically, act decisively, and solve problems effectively.
- Detail-Oriented & Adaptable – You focus on details, learn quickly, and handle ambiguity while improving processes.
- Communication & Customer Focus – You communicate well, perform under pressure, and prioritize cost-effective customer service.
Location
For this role we are offering a Hybrid working approach 50:50 in office to remote working from our office in Singapore. We work internationally so some flexibility may be required to support stakeholders in different time zones.
