We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and building strong relationships with clients in the industrial training sector. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial training market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Requirements
- Minimum degree in engineering or business management.
- Minimum with 2 years of experience in business development in training institution.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales in industrial training or a related sector
- Strong understanding of the industrial training market and the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation processes
