Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in engineering or business management.
  • Minimum with 2 years of experience in business development in training institution.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales in industrial training or a related sector
  • Strong understanding of the industrial training market and the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Familiarity with contract management and negotiation processes
