  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre) for supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
  • Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
  • Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
  • Ensure grants documentations are well organised and maintained (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals).
  • Perform month end module closure in SAP.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy or Finance with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good command of MS Office application
  • Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and BI reporting tools
