Role Review:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and entrepreneurial Region Operation Lead of SEA in gaming/social networking industry. You will closely work with HQ Operation team to develop and implement regional operation strategy and localize the strategic plans with country operation manager, to drive revenue growth in SEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Localize and implement operational strategies aligned with the company strategic objectives in SEA market;
  • Work with the corporate operation team and product team to formulate the country growth plans, and adjust action plans based on user feedback;
  • Exhibit sensitivity to data analytics to identify operational issues and formulate effective operational plans;
  • Monitor the implementation of strategies closely, tracking results, analyzing performance, and making necessary adjustments for improvement;
  • Stay abreast of user dynamics, analyzing user behavior and consumption habits to provide comprehensive suggestions for operational improvements from various perspectives;
  • Utilize effective operational methods to increase the proportion of paid users, ensure a high level of online presence and payment rates, and enhance user engagement and consumption growth;
  • Oversee the execution of projects, coordinating with other departments to ensure the successful achievement of objectives.
  • Optimize the operating SOP within the local group, improve Operational Efficiency, and sediment the operating methodology;
  • Manage and enable local teams in different countries by setting job role's KPIs, conducting regular performance evaluations, and offering trainning and feedback to enhance the skills and confidence of team members.
  • Identify potential risks and implement necessary measures to safeguard the company’s operation and uphold data protection policies.

Qualification:

  • 5+ years of operation related experience in gaming/social networking industry, 2+ management experience in managing SEA local operation teams (Preferred: Indonesia/Vietnam/Philippines);
  • Mandarin and English should be in conversational level, Bahasa will be a bonus;
  • Proven successful business outcomes and solid track record of revenue growth by user operation, voice room operation, or Livestream operation;
  • Good understanding of the business logic and commercial way of social networking platform;
  • Result-driven: experience in leading team to achieve challenging goal;
  • Critical thinking, and strong data analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams;
  • Open-minded and inclusive for working with different people, experienced in managing and enabling local teams;
  • An avid gamer (MLBB/PUBGM, etc.) will be a big plus.
