Admin Assistant (Pasir Ris)
· Handle phone calls and walk in enquiries from staff, students, parents and members of the public, etc.
· Assist in data entry and collation of forms /data (e.g. photocopy /printing data, survey forms, etc.), including collation of statistics
· Assist to verify documents submitted by staff and students
· Provide student administrative support to Year Heads
· Provide administrative support to General Office operations
· Provide logistical support to school events
· Provide administrative support to finance team
· Any other duties assigned by VP(Admin) and the AMs /AE
Requirement:
· GCE ‘N’ Level
The Personnel should preferably have the following skills and experience:
· Possess pleasant personality
· A team player with good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· Some administrative work experience preferably in a school setting
Duration /Working hours:
9 months contract (Option to extend 1 year) 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
