Job Description (Central Kitchen HR Officer)
1.Employee Data Management : Maintaining accurate employee files, including personal information, employment documents, and performance reviews
2.Recruitment Support : Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating reference checks
3.Onboarding : Preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and setting up employee accounts
4.Benefits Administration : Answering employee questions regarding health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
5.Payroll Support : Gathering time and attendance data, assisting with payroll processing approximately 200 staffs
6.Employee Communications : Disseminating company announcements and updates to employees
7.General Administrative Tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by boss : Answering phone calls, filing documents, maintaining HR databases.
