  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of service provisioning for major customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage, control, and coordinate project schedules and implementations to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Oversee the management and utilization of the internal CRM system to support customer and project tracking.
  • Support the Account Manager in building strong, long-term customer relationships and ensuring customer confidence.
  • Assist the Product Manager in sourcing vendors and equipment globally to meet project needs.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to track and manage service delivery timelines, providing regular updates to customers.
  • Initiate purchase orders to partners and track orders received from customers to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor and follow up on invoices and payments to ensure timely financial transactions.
  • Assist in managing and developing existing partner relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the team and projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project coordination or administration, with a focus on ICT or cloud solutions.
  • Previous experience in or with an international company is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to manage client relationships at the project level.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing ICT or cloud-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • A solid understanding of the Telecommunications and IT industry, particularly in cloud-based services and solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cisco solutions (LAN, WAN, IPT, Unified Communications) and Microsoft Lync is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in managing third-party project resources across international teams is essential.
  • Project management qualifications are a plus.
