- Digital marketing interest — Experience with social media, SEO, or performance marketing is a plus
- Tech-savvy — Familiarity and working knowledge with tools like Canva, Figma, WordPress/Strapi, and HubSpot
- Analytical thinking — Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and measuring campaign success
