  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sample lifecycle, from receipt and internal distribution to testing and dispatch, utilizing database software and Microsoft Word/Excel.
  • Verify samples against requirements, raising discrepancies with the project team.
  • Ensure sample handling complies with UL quality and accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely test readiness and proper sample storage.
  • Provide guidance on sample returns via phone and email. Support laboratory, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams, including warehouse maintenance.
  • Apply continuous improvement methods to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with staff training and development of training materials.
  • Generate reports and metrics as required. Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace; conduct periodic inventory checks.
  • Report and resolve issues with lost, damaged, or missing samples.
  • Adhere to UL's Code of Conduct and digital/physical security practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • ITE or Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Skilled in operating material handling equipment and using hand/power tools safely.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs, and walking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
