- Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing, communications or public relations.
- Chartered Marketer or MBA highly valued.
- 10+ years’ senior management experience in a relevant financial organisation – crypto, FinTech or TradFi.
- High quality English written communication.
- Passionate about crypto and blockchain technology – active community involvement and investments a bonus.
- Natural, talented and polished communicator.
- Ability to prioritise, make decisions and get things done.
- Confident, independent and proactive.
- Well organised and structured thinker.
- Experience working in a regulated environment – highly valued.
