We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team, with a focus on general ledger duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the companys financial records, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and supporting internal audits. This role will work closely with other accounts executives who are in charge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform reconciliations for accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits and provide relevant financial data as needed.
- Liaise with external auditors during the audit process.
- Assist in improving accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- A Diploma or Degree in LCCI, Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, with a strong focus on general ledger management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics BC, is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

- Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Capable of reviewing and validating user quotations and purchase orders.
- Support the tracking and evaluation of fuel pricing trends.
- Skilled in overseeing and managing payment schedules effectively.
- A Diploma or Degree in LCCI / Accountancy/ACCA is required.
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics BC, is an advantage.
