- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud.
- Design and deploy AI/ML solutions, leverage your expertise in Google Cloud's products and services (e.g., Customer Engagement Suite like Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI), Dialogflow, Agent Builder, Agent Assist, Insights AI).
- Develop and deliver proofs-of-concept, demos, and technical workshops to showcase the power of Google Cloud AI/ML.
- Act as a leader and trusted advisor, guide customers on quality for AI/ML implementation and optimization.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as a public advocate for Google Cloud.
