  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Work closely with R&D/Planning team to procure the required materials including PO processing, follow-up with delivery and update the related team accordingly.
  • Timely provide demand forecast to suppliers to secure the required materials.
  • Resolve the problems related to materials supply including cargo damages, shipment delay or early landed, payment issue verification with Accounting Dept. within his/her capacity level.
  • Negotiate the purchase terms, price, shipment Pull in & Push out
  • Obtain suppliers' inventory data and ensure always have sufficient stock locally or overseas to support our dynamic production plan for specific materials.
  • Goods receipt verification against PO balance in the system in month end closing.
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
  • Singaporeans ONLY
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in SAP, MS Excel/Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written skills.
  • Good knowledge in import & export terms, rules & regulations
