Job Requirements :
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Workday Management:
- Facilitate RPA projects and assist with automation processes.
- Work on fixed asset cleanup, including asset decommissioning, disposal, and capitalization within the Workday system.
- Handle asset registration and data entry in Workday, including invoicing, cash journals, and sales orders.
Fixed Assets and Financial Invoice Processing:
- Support asset capitalization and maintenance exercises, such as asset decomposition and condemnation.
- Manage fixed assets reporting and accruals during financial year closing.
- Process and submit invoices, cash journals, and generate Workday financial reports.
Office Administration and Inventory:
- Oversee office equipment inventory, ordering stationery, and managing daily office supplies.
- Organize seating arrangements and manage workstations for both staff and contractors.
- Coordinate vendor escorting and disposal processes, and ensure vendor health declarations and passes are up-to-date.
TG Vendor and Staff Support:
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding for staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Assist with budgeting tasks and resource management for augmented resources.
- Perform secretarial duties and assist with other administrative tasks.
Daily Operations and Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Perform routine office checks and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as mail collection, name tag printing, and updating workstation details.
Job Requirements :
- Possess strong administrative skills and demonstrates the ability to effectively prioritise work tasks.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Familiar with MS Office and MS Outlook
- Able to commit for a period of 6 or 12 months.
