What the role is:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Shared Services Manager to build strong delivery of HR services across EMA. With the growth of EMA, the role is critical in establishing high-quality, consistent, and scalable HR support to employees and business leaders.Being familiar with HR business processes/systems, you will lead in streamlining and automating HR processes, standardizing policies and workflows, and leveraging technology for efficiency. You will lead a team that oversees the consistent and timely delivery of HR services, such as employee data management, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding . You will also put in place service level agreements (SLAs) and design for the resolution of escalated issues. The team will track performance of Shared Services using key performance indicators (KPIs) and to drive data-informed decisions. Compliance with regulations and company policies is crucial, along with mitigating risks through strong controls and audits. Additionally, this role requires you to have strong collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders, as well as maintaining relationships with external vendors to align services with organizational goals.​Requirements:
- Education in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR operations or shared services management, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Proficiency in HR technology, including HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP, or Oracle)
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans
- Experience in change management strategies with capability to manage and implement change initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
