What the role is:You will be part of the budget & resource management team overseeing BCA's budget planning.[What you will be working on]Key Responsibilities- Partner assigned business units on all budget and resource management matters.- Contribute to annual and multi-year budget planning and prioritisation, and revenue forecasting exercises, MND-BCA block budget reviewEvaluate business units' budget requests, government funding proposals, and fee proposalsCollate and analyse budget returns, government cashflow requirements, and fee reviews from the business, and seek clarifications from Groups when necessary.Prepare MND's returns (e.g., annual budget, annual consolidated returns, fee review etc.)- Support daily budget operations and budget audit mattersPerform grant drawdowns for government funded projects and programs and monitor their budget utilisation rates.Perform funds virement for deficient accountsPrepare audit schedules- Support any other projects and duties as assigned, for e.g., process improvements initiatives (system related, budget evaluation)[What we are looking for]At least a degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy, or other equivalent qualifications.At least two years of relevant working experience.Meticulous and comfortable managing large datasets.
