As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and strengthen our presence in the healthcare industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Singapore and regional markets to support business growth, patient acquisition, and brand recognition.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors’ information to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify potential strategic partners and establish relationships and collaborations.
- Manage and oversee the marketing team and budget to ensure cost-effective marketing operations.
- Deliver all marketing activities within the allocated budget and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Manage and achieve frequent, timely, and positive media coverage (paid or unpaid) across all available media channels.
- Report market intelligence to identify market requirements for current and potential regions.
- Work closely with interdepartmental teams and key stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and operational needs.
- Step up and assume the deputy role of the marketing team when required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably from the healthcare industry
- Proven track record in people management and relevant projects
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
