We are looking for a dynamic professional Talent Acquisition to join our People Operations team in Singapore. We are open to profiles with knowledge in consultancy / financial technology who will be able to work in a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle of talent acquisition. i.e., Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Selecting potential profile(s) to meet clients' staffing needs
- Utilize various recruitment sources included social platforms (Linkedln, Indeed, Glassdoors, etc), school portal to build up talent pools
- Coordinate with People Operations Team for hiring process, Offer negotiation, etc.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers on hiring requirements and providing dedicated support throughout the hiring process.
- Take part in different HR-related activities, projects, and initiatives.
- Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets.
- Assisting of other HR matters as per required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition in Financial Services, IT/Software industry.
- Excellent communication to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment process using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Able to use Applicant Tracking System proficiently and other relevant recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
