What We Are Looking For

  • Prior work experience in management-related fields is preferred
  • Experience in organising events, planning roles, or people management is advantageous
  • Knowledge in fields and frameworks relevant to process improvement
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
