Business Analysis and Strategy Management

Job Description:

1. Participate in key growth projects of the platform, study the business model, characteristics, industry and core pain points of the high-potential seller group, and explore the platform increment opportunities;

2. Analyze different market environments, disassemble growth targets, and formulate corresponding seller incentives anocompetitive strategles;

3.Work with cross functional and/or cross region teams to lead or execute management assigned or self-initiated projects to ensure high impact deliverables

4.Coordinate internal and seller facing communications with cross region and/or seller management teams to ensure on.time, accurate and effective launch or change communications

5.Conduct competitor platform study and propose improvement ideas to Shopee Cross Border business and product teams

6.Collect, feedback and deploy seller facing communications regarding platform new policy and product functions

Requirements:

1.Excellent academic results from a reputable University

2.1-3 years' experience in Project management, experience with change management projects is a plus

3.Passionate to e-commerce industry especially cross border business, dedicated and hard working

4.Fast learner under high pressure

5.Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal)

6.Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, data savvy

7.Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks simultaneously

8.Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, good team player and strong leadership skills
