What The Role Is

You are responsible for leading and delivering large scale end-to-end finance transformation through the use of Design thinking methodology as well as identifying automation and process improvement opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Accountancy, Finance, Engineering or any related field
  • At least 7 years of working experience, preferably in finance/budgeting with 2 years experience in supervisory role
  • Hands-on experience in process improvement/re-engineering and change management projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Project management experience
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Experience managing cross-teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Systems, Applications & Products (SAP) is preferred
