Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Leverage existing networks and proactively generate new leads through cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Present Clover Infotech’s IT services (digital transformation, cloud solutions, enterprise applications, and managed services) to key decision-makers.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to craft tailored, high-impact proposals that address client needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Clover Infotech as a preferred IT services provider.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, solution architects, and delivery teams to create targeted sales campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Account Growth & Retention: Foster long-term client relationships, driving repeat business and account expansion
- Experience: 7+ years of sales experience in IT services, system integration, or enterprise solutions.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a hunter sales role, securing new business and exceeding sales quotas.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, managed services, digital transformation, and enterprise applications.
- Network & Relationships: Existing connections with enterprise clients and OEMs such as Oracle, Microsoft, Red Hat, and cybersecurity vendors in Singapore.
- Sales Skills: Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
