Job Description:
- Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
- Supervising cleaning crews and maintenance workers.
- Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
- Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
- Preparing for emergencies by creating building evacuation and other action plans.
- Participates on emergency preparedness planning team.
- Testing building security systems and promoting safety within the building.
- Managing equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies, and climate control.
- Applies, or assists with application, for required environmental & work permits.
- Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Facilities Manager.
- Managing building and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Responding to urgent maintenance calls.
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers for RFQ Projects & troubleshooting issues.
- Reporting to the Facilities Manager on a regular basis.
- Supervising cleaning crews and maintenance workers.
- Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
- Vetting of Trackers (Adhoc / Client PO / JLL Reimburse)
- Overall, in-charge of financial breakdown & reporting of categorised budget to HQ
- Overall monitoring of Corrigo for 4 sites.
- Overall management of RFQ for 2 sites
