- Implement strategies to optimize demand forecasting, ensuring healthy stock levels and improved margin performance.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in merchandising buying / merchandising / demand planning for RETAIL / FASHION brands.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc
- Proficiency in forecasting models and data analysis tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to drive alignment across teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
