Job Description
- Handle administrative duties, including document sorting, archiving, internal dispatch, mailing, and inventory management.
- Facilitate onboarding for new patients and maintain accurate database records.
- Prepare monthly patient financial accounts, ensuring correct subsidy allocations.
- Coordinate, prepare, and submit claims to relevant agencies or insurance companies.
- Monitor accounts receivable collections and follow up on overdue payments.
- Accurately charge patients for regular treatments and any additional services.
- Oversee inventory procurement and manage billing activities, including order tracking, invoicing, and timely reporting/payment.
- Monitor and assist with patient scheduling.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, service providers, and patients or their families as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head.
- Must have experience in a haemodialysis (HD) outpatient setting.
Job Requirements
- GCE 'O' / 'N' level or NITEC qualifications
- Preferably with at least 3 years’ experience as an administrative/frontline role, preferably in a dialysis setting.
- Preferably with experience in handling procurement processes.
