Job Description

  • Handle administrative duties, including document sorting, archiving, internal dispatch, mailing, and inventory management.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new patients and maintain accurate database records.
  • Prepare monthly patient financial accounts, ensuring correct subsidy allocations.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and submit claims to relevant agencies or insurance companies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable collections and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Accurately charge patients for regular treatments and any additional services.
  • Oversee inventory procurement and manage billing activities, including order tracking, invoicing, and timely reporting/payment.
  • Monitor and assist with patient scheduling.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, service providers, and patients or their families as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head.
  • Must have experience in a haemodialysis (HD) outpatient setting.

Job Requirements

  • GCE 'O' / 'N' level or NITEC qualifications
  • Preferably with at least 3 years’ experience as an administrative/frontline role, preferably in a dialysis setting.
  • Preferably with experience in handling procurement processes.
