Manager, Transfer Pricing
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Clearly and effectively communicate transfer pricing concepts verbally and in writing.
• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points
• Coach team members, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
• Support business development and practice development activities within the team.
Requirements:
• Degree in Economics, Business or Accountancy or obtained relevant professional qualifications
• Min. 8 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm
• Experiences in preparing transfer pricing documentation, tax value chain analyses, benchmarking, supporting with tax enquiries, project management and managing junior team members
• Sound judgement, including the ability to identify and evaluate risk issues and know when to involve others.
• Drive and enthusiasm for client service excellence with positive attitude; and
• strong people skills for engaging with a team of like-minded professionals
• Experience of working in a Transfer Pricing Team within a large international consulting firm
