What the role is:As a Change Management Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and managing change management activities. Your goal will be to ensure the smooth transition of URA officers to new office laptops, a new ICT office environment, and new digital workplace technologies and tools. You will keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with the changes. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed plans to support the transition, managing the change process from start to finish, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs to equip URA officers with the necessary skills. Additionally, you will provide inputs and document requirements to facilitate effective training, track and monitor issues, and assist in providing updates to the respective stakeholders and IT project teams.   • Designing and Executing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies, including communication plans (e.g., EDMs, roadshows, clinic sessions), briefings, and creating FAQs/user guides to facilitate URA officers' adoption of workplace changes from the WOG projects and tools (e.g., Cloud Print/Cloud Scan, M365 Copilot, Pair) and oversee the smooth transition. • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders (e.g., helpdesk, vendors, URA IT department) to ensure changes align with corporate strategic objectives. • Ensuring Smooth Operations: Partner with project managers to ensure smooth operations, continuously monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments. • Analyzing and Solving Issues: Analyze URA officers' experiences and offer solutions for a smooth transition, such as raising, tracking, and escalating issues identified for resolution with respective partners (e.g., GovTech, vendors).
What we are looking for:PREREQUISTES • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, IT, or a related field is required. • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in change management, IT, or a similar role. • Change Management Knowledge: Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies. • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools. • AI Tools Expertise: Experience with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Pair, and Azure AI.
