- Basic graphic design skills (e.g. MS Powerpoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and propose actionable solutions.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (i.e. part time, freelance, or internship)
- Knowledge of organizational development models (e.g., Burke Litwin, McKinsey 7S etc)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc).
- Prior involvement in planning and executing events/projects.
