About our Markets Sales Team
Markets Sales' strategy is two folded - scale flow and drive non-flow business, which underpins CIB's plan to grow our Financial Institutional client segments and aspiration to become a leading Emerging Markets FM bank. The key to execute this strategy is to increase reach, relevance and wallet share across out network by scaling up our FM offering, drive volume via electrifying our distribution flow while ensuring seamless end to end client experience across various touch points throughout trade life cycle.
To quarterback Markets Sales' strategy, the Markets Sales Efficiency Programme is formed to manage investment budget on behalf of Markets sales and structuring globally. This programme is responsible for driving client centric technology solutions in end-to-end sales & client workflows as well as electronic distribution book of work.
Sales Efficiency team in Markets Transformation COO team needs to be a trustworthy business partner to Markets sales & structuring globally and support them to navigate technology transformation journey.

- Global change manager supporting critical Markets transformative change programmes (Sales Efficiency, Electronic Trading, etc).
- Lead the implementation of critical and large-scale Markets Trading & Sales projects, steer the internal delivery teams and external strategic vendors to deliver on the agreed business commitments with high integrity and confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading the implementation of critical and large-scale Markets Trading & Sales investment funded projects, through continuous system enhancements and process optimization.
- Support Chief Product Owners & Chief Programme Managers to manage the investment budget by allocating the investment resources dynamically to maximize return on investment for Markets business.
- Foster effective collaboration across FM Technology and Operations, Sales and Structuring, Trading, Risk and Macro Product Management to ensure alignment on solution design and logistical excellence
- Develop and execute a communications plan to engage a wide variety of stakeholders on FM sales & structuring' technology enhancement roadmap and priorities
- Coach, and develop junior members in the wider FM COO team specifically on backlog and change management as well as stakeholder management and effective communication
- Actively communicate vision, priorities, and progress to the team and stakeholders to foster engagement, awareness, and motivation
- Ensure adherence to Product Governance and Operational Risk Framework and all relevant policies and procedures
- Oversee the existing sales change management processes for increased consistency and transparency.
- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of working experience in Banking domain
- Has solid understanding of Financial Markets' products with prior experience in front office / COO / business change management roles
