Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Candidate Sourcing:Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
    Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Client & Candidate Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
    Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing career advice and support.
    Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Job Posting & Advertising:Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
    Develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Interview Coordination & Selection Process:Arrange and conduct interviews, both online and in-person.
    Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Database Management & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of candidates and job placements.
    Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring performance metrics.
