Product Governance:
- Create and maintain governance processes for product and feature releases to production and the public by way of tracking weekly progress and managing new items for consideration and prioritization in the roadmap
- Facilitate and/or drive regular cadences with specific Business Unit and Cross Function stakeholders to communicate overall updates and progress of related digital features/products, new feature requests, prioritization framework
- Facilitate and/or drive roadmap prioritization meetings
- Identify risks to the roadmap and delivery of build and work in timely manner with relevant stakeholders to mitigate and manage these risks
- Work with product management leads to create and maintain knowledge databases
Program Management:
- Execute planned initiatives, tracking and providing status updates from start to finish
- Craft workplans and timelines, including gantt charts and process maps
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment on goals, objectives and responsibilities
- Identify interdependencies between key tasks and teams
- Identify risks to the project and work in timely manner with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks
- Create training materials, plan and conduct training as required
- Uphold project governance best practices, including clear documentation and records
Job Requirements
- At least 4-5 years working experience in the retail industry
- At least 4-5 years of project management experience for an omnichannel products/services, working with business and tech teams
- Degree in business, computer science or equivalent.
- Good to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) / Certified Product Manager (CPM) / Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)/ Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) or higher.
