We are seeking a talented and driven Specialist, Sales & Marketing Operations to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and measure 360 marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content marketing and offline activation
- Responsible for company website and ongoing optimizations to drive engagement
- Maintain & nurture B2B contacts database (on marketing automation platform) & segmentation
- Use analytics to monitor and analyze digital campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts accordingly
- Extending general support to the sales team on the deal cycle and opportunity management cadence activities.
- Administer and maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
- Organize data and generate deep customer insight in order to enhance sales operations productivity and effectiveness.
- Provide data, analyses and reporting to support sales force monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage contract creation, approval, and execution processes.
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 5 years of applicable work experience; experience in SaaS / Tech industry, startup experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and make data-driven decisions
- Familiar with Office software and proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving.
