As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies to increase membership sales, retention, and revenue.   • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by providing outstanding support to members, guests, and staff.
  • Member Retention: Develop and implement member retention strategies to maintain a high level of member satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting membership packages, personal training, and other gym services.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, marketing reports, and business development updates to the General Manager.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the gym's management team to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business strategies.
Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the fitness or martial arts industry.
  • Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge:Familiarity with martial arts or fitness industry trends and best practices.
Understanding of marketing principles, including social media marketing, email marketing, and event marketing.
