- Manage and administer the offboarding of all distribution intermediaries' activities including
- Process offboarding of agent under various systems
- Transfer of policies, orphan policies listing to agency for reassignment, etc
- Communicating effectively to all key stakeholders such as generation of letter to acknowledge resignation
- Manage, monitor, and administer financial recovery from resigned representatives
- Processing of change of agent request from policyholder for all business lines
- Response to external reference check request
- Perform DNC checks and administer leads assignment
- Liaise, manage, and handle enquiries from internal & external stakeholders
- Risk, Compliance and Process Improvement
- To always ensure compliance to regulatory and company requirements
- To formulate controls to mitigate any risks identified
- To identify gaps and enhance operational efficiency
- Regular review of process & update of standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Reporting
- Provide regular reporting related to distribution intermediaries or any ad hoc reports as required by management
- Project / System Enhancement Support
- Provision of requirement, review test plan & support User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years' experience in Insurance industry
- Experience in distribution support is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, focused, and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
- Self-motivated and independent worker
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
