Our client, an established MNC in the automotive industry, is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Support business strategies and objectives through strategic HR solutions
- Support managers and provide advice on HR Processes/ activities e.g. performance management, salary review, talent review, compensation and benefits etc
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit process
- Drive and support HR Initiative and engagement activities
- Manage employees’ HR queries and other HR related matters
- Implement and communicate HR policies and processes in assigned business units
- Other relevant HR duties as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree Human Resource/ Business Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience will be preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
