Requirements
- Teaching diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese with some basic English communication skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office / Computer Skills
Duties
- Plan and implement curriculum and lesson plans
- Design and create learning environment
- Interact with and manage children in small class sizes
- Work in a team of educators when it comes to the growth and development of each child

Unique preschool with a full day curriculum
Our school provides a child-centred inclusive curriculum for children aged 18 months to six years. We use play based and a hands on learning approach when introducing concepts and skills. We often use incidental learning based on what the children bring to the classroom as a way to guide our educators in planning the curriculum and lesson plans.

The organisation provides educators with multiple means of growing in one's personal and professional development. On the job training and an induction programme is provided for new members of our team to ease one into the new working environment. Mentoring is provided by senior educators and by the team of educators as well. We rely on peer-mentoring and take charge of our own growth. Educators are encouraged to go for professional development courses that are fully funded by the school, and bring what you have learnt back into the learning environment.
