  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Primary PurposeResponsible for planning, designing, installing, maintaining, testing & implementing systems in accordance to specifications & service level. Maintain the system and ensure changes are carried out proper assessment and testing, and meets the expected system availability, performance, security and stability. Perform regular patching and upgrade to ensure the system is compliant to security requirements.The OS / products used in the project is listed below: * Windows OS
  • Unix / Linux OS (Solaris, Redhat, Ubuntu & SUSE)
  • VMWare & vCentre
  • Automation tools (Ansible & Terraform)
Responsibilities1) Plan, design, install, test & implement systems in accordance to specifications & service level. Where relevant, perform the necessary system programming & configuration.2) Manage systems changes through established change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.3) Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.4) Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures. Monitor effectiveness of implemented measures.5) Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & availability.6) Monitor the agreed service level (.e.g. service request, system availability), document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.7) Plan & implement service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.8) Provide systems related technical advice to customers or project team.9) Ensure the management of ICT systems adhere to established ISO20000 and ISO27001 processes/ procedures, ITIL best practices and methodologies where applicable.10) Established facility management standards/best practices to ensure operation consistency across project/facility management teams11) Possesses good set-up and implementation experience in VMWare vSphere infrastructure, VMWare and vCentre, Windows administration and Unix / Linux OS.12) Knowledge and capabilities in performing OS and product upgrade, security hardening and compliance, audit and automation.13) Proficient in Windows and Linux based scripting such as VB scripts, batch command scripts, Power CLI, PowerShell scripting and Unix /Linux Shell script
