This will include assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, coordinating training sessions, and supporting various HR initiatives. You will also help with data entry, employee inquiries, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department.Internship Period: Jun - Dec 2025What you will do
  • Learning and Development: Provide support in development & execution of training programs for employees in Singapore
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
  • Administration of HR Programs / initiatives: Assist with the administration of HR initiatives, including benefits, compensation, and performance management
  • HR Engagement: Provide support for HR-related events, such as job fairs, employee engagement activities.
What you bringExperience
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources
  • Strong coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
