- Daily credit card balancing for all outlets
- Payment/commission reconciliation for all credit card accounts
- Assist/email/liaise with all outlets/depts for all credit card transactions’ queries/disputes/variances/outstanding, reported by BUs/depts/guests/acquiring banks.
- Verify, process, post all refund/late charge/adjustment for all non-gaming outlets, for all payment methods ie EDC terminals or payment gateway
- Responsible for any other tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager
- Minimum a Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting Professional or Certificate (LCCI) preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Lodging Management System or other Property Management System but not a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel with macro and VBA, Words and Outlook)
- Effective team player, self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eyes for detail and take initiative
- Able to handle stressful situations
